    Carillon Assisted Living, the premier Assisted Living company in North Carolina with over 21 facilties is currently searching for a Regional Nurse (RN) for the Charlotte area.


    The Regional Nurse (RN) is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of regulatory and clinical operational compliances throughout Carillon Assisted Living. The Regional Nurse serves as a resource and a mentor to the Resident Care Director, and assists the Resident Care Director to maintain compliance with all Carillon policies, processes and procedures relevant to the delivery of resident care. In addition, the Regional Nurse will serve as the Resident Care Director during times of role vacancy.




    The Regional Nurse performs multiple types of facility visits as scheduled by the Director of Clinical Services. The Regional Nurse will coordinate their schedule with the Director of Clinical Service and keep an accurate schedule posted on the server for at least a four week rolling cycle. Types of facility visits performed will include: Quality assurance and regulatory review, staff training, quarterly trip report and other visits as designated by the Resident Care Director.


    The Regional Nurse is responsible to be well versed in the rules and regulations governing assisted living in the state of North Carolina, and serves as a resource and liaison to the facility when interacting with the Adult Home Care Specialist.  The Regional Nurse is also accountable for all content, policies and procedures as outlined in the Resident Care Director Desk Reference and Care Staff Desk Reference, and will ensure each facility operates in full compliance with these policies and procedures.

    Additional Duties as assigned.


    The Regional Nurse will travel between several facilities in the Charlotte area.




    Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

    RN licensure in the state of North Carolina required

    2 years of supervisory experience

    Elder care experience preferred
