    Carillon Assisted Living is looking for our next great recruiting and sourcing specialist!

     

    Carillon Assisted Living, a Raleigh-based company in the business of building and operating assisted living communities for seniors is seeking to hire a Corporate Talent and Sourcing Specialist for our Corporate Headquarters in Raleigh. We are growing in leaps and bounds with 22 assisted living facilities currently and more in the development pipeline. This individual will be responsible for high volume, specialized sourcing and screening of candidates for corporate level as well as communities positions.

    The Talent and Sourcing Specialist seeks out, advertises, interviews and screens applicants to fill existing and future job openings, promotes internal career opportunities and the development of employees within the organization. Works closely with hiring managers in the communities to fill positions at the community level. Makes recommendations and works closely with executives and hiring managers to develop and practice successful hiring and sourcing strategies.

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Sourcing, screening and recommendation of candidates from Job Boards and resume databases including, LinkedIn and Indeed
    • Interview scheduling
    • Proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process
    • Posting of jobs to various job boards and company website
    • Maintaining and updating applicant tracking system regularly
    • Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches and research
    • Create and maintain a talent pipeline
    • Participation in career fair and networking events

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar combination of experience and education
    • 3 years of related experience in full cycle recruitment, corporate environment preferred
    • 3 years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Proficiency in candidate sourcing using internet tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media and search engines
    • High attention to detail
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and outstanding organizational skills
    • Knowledge of Boolean language and searching preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent phone skills
